I’m of two minds.

His vision and range of passing is something no one else in our midfield has. Much of our offensive play comes through him. Without him in the team, where are the ideas coming from ? Not from side passing JWP or Soucek that’s for sure

But, his decision making is often appalling and he ends up giving away possession, often deep in our own half. i believe this was the reason Moyes moved him from CAM to left wing.
